Vocalist Zachary Stevens fatigued much of the 1990's vocalizing for Floridian weighed down metallic element introduction Savatage ahead quitting midway through the year 2000 to attend to to some kinsperson business. His personal issues single-minded a year afterward, Stevens began collaborating with his onetime Savatage cohorts Jon Oliva and Chris Caffery, coming up with a place of songs that would eventually seed the seeds for a new band called Circle II Circle. Guitarist Matt LaPorte, keyboard player John Zahner, bassist Kevin Rothney and drummer Chris Kinder were shortly hired to unit of ammunition out the queue that recorded 2003's Waiting in Silence debut for AFM Records.
