West Seattle barista to be on "Runway"?

West Seattleites know him as Blayne the barista, but after July 16, Richard Blayne Walsh might be done steaming milk.

Walsh, 23, is a contestant on the fifth season of Bravo's "Project Runway," according to his boss and Hotwire Coffee owner Lora Lewis.

He has been in New York since early June taping the show, she said. Bravo has not confirmed this season's cast, but a spokeswoman said an announcement is coming soon.

Walsh has been a barista with Hotwire for more than two years and designs his own clothing line on the side. He sports his creations at the coffee shop and also has sold art there.

Prep yourself for a possible Christian Siriano redux.

"He's a lot like the winner from last year," Lewis said. "He's just a very flamboyant, creative type."
